Project summary

CONTEXT

Primary angioplasties in the acute phase of ST MI of less than 12 hours (PPCI) are frequent and sometimes technically difficult procedures.

These procedures are usually considered to be more irradiating to the patient than procedures performed outside the context of emergency and coronary occlusion.

But the literature data are rare and discordant

GOALS

Evaluate the level of irradiation of patients treated with PPCI for ST <H12 MI in a large population and for recent activity (the literature data are old).

Compare the PDS and fluoroscopy times with the most comparable coronary angioplasties, but performed outside ST IDM <H12.

METHODOLOGY

Univariate and multivariate analysis. If necessary, analysis with propensity score.
