You also have the right to object to the transmission of data covered by professional secrecy that may be used as part of this research and processed. This automated processing of your health data complies with the European regulation of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data.
The France PCI Association is the promoter of the study and responsible for data processing within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing of personal data implemented as part of this project for the aforementioned purposes has been authorized by the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
